This drawing really amazed me when I saw it completed. It still does when I think a 12 year old did it. It was an early piece where Ali was to use both contour and shading in as simple composition. It was also one of her first color studies. I wanted her to use only compliments. She really captured the forms and light really well. This piece was chosen for display at the Believille Public Library where she was the youngest person displaying work.
